Clarity. Growth.Transformation.

Ennea offers personal Enneagram coaching and structured leadership and team development, combining traditional Enneagram inquiry with iEQ9 assessment where it adds value.

What I Do

As a coach trained across multiple coaching approaches, I use the Enneagram to help individuals and teams understand the underlying patterns driving communication, decision-making, leadership style, stress responses, and relationships at work.

The goal is to create awareness that leads to better leadership, stronger collaboration, more intentional growth, and lasting change.

About the Enneagram

The Enneagram is a powerful system for understanding personality types, revealing the deeper motivations that drive human behaviour.

What is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram describes nine different personality types and their core motivations, fears, and desires. Unlike other personality systems that focus on behavior, the Enneagram reveals the "why" behind what we do.

Each type has a distinct way of seeing the world and characteristic patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting. Understanding your type can lead to greater self-awareness and personal growth.

The system also maps the connections between types, showing how we move toward integration (comfort) or disintegration (stress).

The Nine Types

Do you want to understand why certain people “push your buttons” and learn to respond rather than react?

Are you looking to stop taking things personally and communicate with more confidence and clarity?

Do you want to manage your stress responses better and understand what triggers your emotions?

Do you want to understand yourself more deeply and improve your relationships with others?

Are you trying to break old patterns that no longer serve you and create healthier habits?

Each type represents a different way of seeing the world, with unique motivations, fears, and patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving.
