Enneagram for Business
See how your patterns shape the way you lead under pressure.
When the situation involves a co-founder, senior colleague or wider team, the work can expand into a structured working-relationship or team engagement.
Tell us what is happening in the organisation. You do not need to select a service before the call.
Choose the business situation — not a format
Working Relationship Development
For co-founders, senior colleagues or leadership-team members whose differences are affecting communication, priorities or decisions.
Team Development Programme
For leadership teams and intact teams facing change, recurring friction, silos, conflict or coordination problems.
When the work is moving but the people system is straining
You may be seeing:
These patterns are rarely solved by telling people to "communicate better." The first step is to understand what different people attend to, protect and anticipate — and how those responses interact as a system.
Below the visible behaviour
The Enneagram provides a language for understanding recurring structures of attention, motivation and response. In business settings, this can help a leader or team examine:
iEQ9 provides the structured assessment foundation. Coaching and facilitation connect that information to the actual business situation. The aim is not a more elaborate label; it is more choice in how people lead and work together.
From insight to working practice
Clarify the situation
We begin with the sponsor or leader: what is happening, why it matters now, who is involved, what has already been tried and what would count as useful movement.
Build the insight foundation
Participants complete the appropriate iEQ9 assessment. Individual results are professionally debriefed; team or working-relationship material is prepared where relevant.
Apply it to the work
Facilitated sessions connect the insight to actual communication, decisions, pressure responses and working relationships. Participants choose what personal information to share.
Agree what to practise
The engagement ends with specific observations, working agreements, routines or experiments — not a report left unopened after the workshop.
Review and continue deliberately
The sponsor or participants review what was used, where the pattern persisted and whether further coaching or team work is justified.
Assessment is the start of the process, not the promised outcome. The first useful result is when a participant recognises a live pattern and the team can discuss it without reducing the person to a Type.
Leadership Development
Leadership patterns that once worked can become limiting during promotion, growth, reorganisation, sustained pressure or difficult organisational change. This structured individual engagement helps a founder or leader examine how motivation, attention and strain influence communication, delegation, decisions and impact on others.
Team Development
A team is more than a collection of personality Types. It develops its own habits around attention, decisions, conflict, pace, trust, task and relationship. Ennea's assessment-led team process helps make those habits discussable and connects them to a live organisational situation.
Business programmes are scoped around team size, the live situation and the follow-through required.
Co-founders and senior working pairs
This engagement is for two people whose working relationship has material consequences for the organisation — for example, co-founders, senior colleagues or two members of a leadership team.
It focuses on professional communication, shared direction, decisions and how each person's patterns affect the work between them.
Workshops
Workshops can provide an accessible entry point for a team, leadership group, offsite or organisational learning programme.
Assessment-free education and experiential learning. Best for initial exposure, a conference session or a broad group deciding whether deeper work is useful.
Creates understanding
Part of a leader or team programme. The content is shaped by iEQ9 findings and the sponsor's live situation.
Applies prepared insight to a specific team
Technology changes the work. People still have to adapt.
AI-assisted work is changing expectations, roles and professional identity faster than many teams can stabilise new working practices. Leaders may face disagreement about priorities, uncertainty about measurement, fear about competence or status, and rising cognitive load.
Ennea works at the human adaptation layer:
Why Alexandra is credible in this context
With 15 years in IT and software engineering, including five years in technology leadership, Alexandra understands the practical pressures of technical organisations as well as the human patterns underneath them.
What the sponsor sees — and what remains personal
For assessment-led team engagements:
These terms are discussed with the sponsor before contracting and stated directly to participants before assessment.
One complete proposal
Business engagements are priced as complete programmes. Following the scoping call, you will receive one proposal covering the agreed assessment, debriefing, facilitation and follow-through — rather than separate fees that you must assemble yourself.
Common questions
Tell us what is testing your leadership, what has changed and where your usual response is no longer enough. We will assess whether Ennea is a suitable fit and propose one coherent individual starting engagement. If the situation genuinely requires a co-founder, colleague or team to participate, that expansion will be discussed explicitly.
